Portraits/Commissions

Graham Dunn retains the copyright © of all images/photographs resulting from commissions/portrait sessions (unless specifically negotiated otherwise and agreed in writing). No image/print from a commission/portrait session can be reproduced in any way without prior permission in writing. Any unauthorised reproduction may result in legal proceedings.

Graham Dunn reserves the right to use any image or photograph for marketing and advertising purposes (for example on the website). It should be noted, however, that photographs from portrait sessions or commissions involving people or a particular property will not be sold to 3rd parties unless those participating are in agreement and a model/property release form has been signed.

For portraits, a session fee of £45 is payable at the start of the session. This includes a 7x5inch print of your choice. Cancellations within 21days of a session will still incur the £45 session fee. Full payment is required, by cash or cheque payable to 'Graham Dunn', at the time of ordering prints.

For commissions, a deposit of 30% of the total price is required, by cash or cheque payable to 'Graham Dunn', prior to commencement of work. The remaining balance is to be settled on receipt of the agreed photographic goods.

Book/Print/Card Orders

Full payment is required, by cash/PayPal or cheque payable to 'Graham Dunn', at the time ordering items. Payment should be sent to: Graham Dunn, 4 Stumperlowe Hall Road, Sheffield, S10 3QR.

In the unlikely event that you have any problems with your order or product you should contact Graham Dunn within 14 days.
